Treatment Modalities
Depending on patient needs after thorough evaluation, various methods of psychotherapy may be implemented. These methods may include: brief Solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral, systemic, psychodynamic, dialectic behavior therapy, and mindfulness modalities. The integration of Art therapy is used when clinically relevant. It acts to assist clients in finding comfort through self acceptance, as well as discover paths to greater authenticity, resiliency, and self-efficacy.
